Step Two (2 months before the trip) :

By mail (slow, take longer time):

Make checks payable to NISN/AfGJ with “China delegation” in the memo line, and which delegation you're going, and mail to:

No later then 1.5months before the tour.
(If you decide to drop out the tour before 1.5 months, or when we cancel the tour, we’ll refund you the down payment) 


Step Three (1.5 months before the trip):

Finalize the Delegation
(In rare scenario when the tour cancels we’ll refund you the down payment)

Pay the rest of the payment before 1 month (paymnet procedure same as Step Two)

 


Step Four (1.5 months before the trip) :

Make Sure Your Passport Still Have 6 Months Before Expire
(If not, make sure contact passport office for renewal, it’ll take 2-3 weeks for expedited process, 4-6 weeks for routine process)

Apply Chinese Visa
(Usually takes one week, contact your nearest Chinese consulate, need to apply in person)

* If cannot apply in person, you can check with your local travel agencies to help you apply the Chinese visa, or find a friend can help youto go tothe Chinese consulate to apply.

Step Five (1-1.5 months before the trip)

Purchase airline ticket (Highly Recommended, We’ll contact the travel agency to pay and bill you separately, we should bale to offer you the cheapest options and best we go and back together)

If you're decide to buy your own ticket, please make sure tell us your flight schedule

 


Step Six (0.5 months before the trip)

Prepare Clothes, Medicine, Vaccination, Money Exchange
